These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.astrosadhguru.store (the “website”), operated by Astro SadhGuru, Hatia Chowk, Hatia Road, Ranchi, Jharkhand 834003, India. By browsing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. What We Sell
We sell spiritual and devotional products: rudraksha and wood malas, gemstone and bead bracelets, anklets, healing crystals, yantras and puja items. We also sell digital spiritual reel video bundles for social media use.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with a parent or guardian. If you create an account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Product Information
- We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Natural materials such as rudraksha, wood and gemstones vary in colour, size and pattern, so the item you receive may differ slightly from the photos.
- Where a product is described as lab certified, the certificate relates to the material of the product.
- Our products are sold for devotional, spiritual and decorative use. They are not medicines and are not a substitute for medical, financial, legal or other professional advice. We do not guarantee any specific result from wearing or using a product.
4. Energized Add-on
The optional Energized add-on (shown at checkout with its price) means the product is energized through a puja and mantra chanting before dispatch, as a devotional practice. It is a spiritual service and does not change the physical product or promise any particular outcome.
5. Prices and Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely by Cashfree (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets).
- For Cash on Delivery orders, a part of the order value is paid online as an advance, and the balance is paid on delivery. The exact amounts are shown at checkout.
- We may correct pricing errors. If a product was listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
6. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment (or the Cash on Delivery advance) is received and you get an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraudulent activity. Any amount paid is then refunded in full.
7. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Delivery, returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
8. Digital Products
Reel bundles are licensed to you for posting on your own social media pages. You may not resell, redistribute or share the download link or the files as a collection.
9. Intellectual Property
The website’s text, images, logos and design belong to Astro SadhGuru or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the terms in effect when the order was placed.
