This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on Astro SadhGuru, whether paid fully online through Cashfree or placed as Cash on Delivery with an online advance.
1. Cancelling an Order
- Before dispatch: you can cancel any physical order free of charge by emailing or WhatsApping us with your order code. We refund the full amount you paid, including any Cash on Delivery advance and the Energized fee.
- After dispatch: the order can no longer be cancelled. You can refuse delivery or request a return under our Return Policy.
- We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud. In that case we refund the full amount you paid.
2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
- The order was cancelled before dispatch.
- A return for a damaged, defective, wrong or missing item was approved and the item could not be replaced.
- You were charged but no order was created, or you were charged twice for the same order.
- We could not deliver the order and it was returned to us for reasons on our side.
3. Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash on Delivery orders require a 20% advance paid online, with the balance paid to the courier on delivery.
- If you cancel before dispatch, the advance is refunded in full.
- If you refuse delivery or are unreachable after dispatch without a valid reason, the advance may be used to cover forward and return shipping costs, and any remaining amount is refunded.
- The balance you pay in cash is refunded by bank transfer or UPI to an account you share with us.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Products returned in a used or altered condition, or outside the 7-day return window.
- The Energized add-on fee once the order has been dispatched.
- Digital reel bundles after the download link has been delivered and accessed, except when the files are faulty and we cannot replace them.
5. Refund Timeline and Method
- Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days of approval, or of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Online payments are refunded to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) through Cashfree.
- After we initiate the refund, your bank usually takes 5–10 business days to credit it.
- We email you when the refund is initiated.
6. How to Request a Refund

7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. Most issues are resolved faster directly with us.
