This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how Astro SadhGuru ships physical products (malas, bracelets, anklets, crystals and puja items) and delivers digital reel bundles.
1. Where We Ship
We ship to all serviceable PIN codes in India. We do not ship outside India at present.
2. Processing Time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (or after the advance is paid for Cash on Delivery orders). Orders with the Energized add-on may take up to 1 additional business day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
- Metro cities: usually 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Other cities and towns: usually 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- Remote areas and the North-East: up to 10 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates. Delays can happen due to weather, strikes, courier issues or other events outside our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping is currently free on all orders within India. Any change in shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you pay.
5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on most PIN codes. A 20% advance is paid online through Cashfree at checkout, and the balance is paid in cash to the courier on delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also track your order from My Account or the order confirmation page.
7. Failed or Refused Deliveries
Please make sure your address, PIN code and mobile number are correct. If a delivery fails because the address is wrong or you are unreachable, we will contact you to reattempt delivery, which may involve an extra shipping charge. Refused Cash on Delivery orders are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
8. Damaged Packages
If the package looks damaged or tampered with at delivery, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours. See our Return Policy.
9. Digital Reel Bundles
Digital products are not shipped. After payment is confirmed, the download link is emailed to your registered email address, usually within 2–4 hours and always within 24 hours.
