This Return Policy applies to orders placed on Astro SadhGuru. We want you to receive your malas, bracelets, anklets, crystals and puja items in good condition. If something is wrong with your order, we will replace it or refund you as described below.
1. Return Window
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery for any of these reasons:
- The product arrived damaged or broken.
- The product is defective (for example, a broken string, clasp or bead).
- You received a different product, size or quantity from what you ordered.
- Part of the order is missing.
2. Conditions
- Please record an unboxing video or take clear photos of the package and the product as soon as you open it. We need these to approve claims for damaged, wrong or missing items.
- The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging, tags and any certificate that came with it.
- Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can raise a claim with the courier.
3. What We Cannot Accept for Return
- Products that have been worn, used, washed or altered.
- Natural variations in colour, texture, bead pattern or size. Rudraksha, wood and gemstones are natural materials, so no two pieces are identical and they may differ slightly from the photos.
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.
- Change-of-mind returns on products that have been opened and used.
- The Energized add-on fee once the item has been dispatched. If the product itself is returned for a valid reason, we refund the product price as described in our Refund Policy.
4. How to Request a Return
- Email astrosadhguruofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9234390746 within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order code (for example SC-XXXXXXXX), the reason, and the unboxing video or photos.
- We review requests within 2 business days. If approved, we arrange a reverse pickup where available, or share the address to send the item back.
5. Replacement or Refund
Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection, we will send a replacement of the same product if it is in stock. If it is not in stock, or if you prefer, we will refund you. Approved refunds are processed as described in our Refund Policy. For approved returns of damaged, defective or wrong items, return shipping is free.
6. Digital Reel Bundles
Digital spiritual reel bundles are delivered as a download link by email, so there is nothing to return. If a link does not work or files are missing or corrupted, email us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a working link or replace the files at no cost.
