- Delivery details: shipping address, city, state and PIN code for physical orders.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login email, a securely hashed password, saved addresses and order history.
- Order details: products ordered, add-ons such as Energized, coupon used, payment method and order status.
- Payment references: order and payment IDs returned by Cashfree. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking password.
- Support messages: emails or WhatsApp messages you send us.
- Technical data: session cookies needed to keep your cart and login working, and basic server logs (IP address, browser type) used for security.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process, pack, ship and deliver your orders, and to deliver digital download links.
- To send order confirmations, payment receipts, shipping and tracking updates.
- To collect the balance on Cash on Delivery orders.
- To respond to support, return and refund requests.
- To prevent fraud and misuse of our website.
- To meet accounting, tax and legal obligations.
We do not send promotional messages unless you have contacted us or opted in, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
3. Payments
Online payments and Cash on Delivery advances are processed by Cashfree on its PCI-DSS compliant checkout. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on Cashfree’s systems, not ours. We only receive the payment status and reference IDs needed to confirm your order.
4. Who We Share Information With
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share only what is needed with:
- Cashfree, to process payments and refunds.
- Courier and logistics partners, who receive your name, phone number and delivery address to deliver physical orders.
- Email service providers, to send transactional emails.
- Government or law enforcement authorities, when required by law.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your cart, checkout and login session working. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout may not work without them.
6. Data Retention and Security
We keep order and invoice records for as long as needed for support, accounting and tax law (generally up to 8 years). Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Passwords are stored in hashed form, the website uses HTTPS, and access to order data is limited to our team. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
7. Your Rights
You can view and update your profile and saved addresses from My Account. You may also ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing astrosadhguruofficial@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. Some order records may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons.
